I had a fantastic stay at the Cozy Apartment - Historic Center Of Madeira. the location was perfect, with easy access to the airport and close proximity to a supermarket and the center of town. the apartment itself was well-appointed, with a comfortable bedroom and a beautifully furnished living room. I especially enjoyed the two balconies, which allowed me to enjoy the sun throughout the day. the apartment was also very quiet, providing a peaceful atmosphere. the kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy for me to prepare meals. it felt like a home away from home. Thanks to the hostess, Valentyna, for being welcoming and accommodating. I hope to return in the future.

Conveniently located near a shopping center, restaurants, and the seaside. the two balconies offered great views, one overlooking the historic city center and sea, perfect for breakfast, and the other for sunbathing. Key exchange was smooth and the friendly host was always available to help.

Small ants were a constant issue in the kitchen, and the bed was too firm. No basic amenities like salt, pepper, coffee, or tea were provided, though there was wash up liquid.

I absolutely adored the charming decoration of the apartment, especially the vintage furniture and delicate curtains. It felt like stepping back in time to a more elegant era. The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained and clean, with beautiful flower arrangements adding a touch of grace. As a senior woman, I appreciated the easy accessibility of the hotel. There were no stairs to climb, and the elevator was conveniently located near my room. The children working there were very helpful in assisting me with my luggage and ensuring my comfort throughout my stay.

If I had to ask for one thing to make my vacation even better as a senior woman, I would have preferred to have grab bars in the bathroom for added safety. Just a small addition like that would have eased my concerns and made me feel even more secure during my stay.

The balcony with scenic views over the city and surrounding area was a delightful surprise. It felt like I had my own private observation deck, where I could marvel at the beauty of Funchal and its surroundings. It was the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or unwind in the evening, feeling like I was on top of the world.

The apartment itself had two balconies, both offering stunning views. The larger balcony felt like an additional outdoor room, while the smaller one provided beautiful vistas. The accommodation was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including a dishwasher, washing machine, and clothesline. As a solo traveler, I appreciated the safe and secure environment. The host was friendly, communicative, and flexible. The apartment was bright, sunny, and thoughtfully decorated with personal touches. The kitchen was incredibly well-equipped, with everything from sharp knives to various pans and spices.
